The Banking app tutorial post showed that 4D for iOS provides various list and detail form templates covering most (but perhaps not all) of your needs.
 
Well have no fear! Now you can easily create your own 4D for iOS list and detail form templates. YES, you heard that right!

In the 4D for iOS documentation, you’ll find a section of tutorials demonstrating template creation. For this, a Starter Project is available to help you build templates that best suit your needs!
 

Here’s the result we want to achieve:

 
For both list and detail forms, you’ll learn:
  • How to build the template.svg file that will allow you set up your list and detail forms in the 4D for iOS Forms section.
  • How to describe your templates in the manifest.json file.
  • How to build your storyboard file, starting from fields management and data binding, to graphical optimizations.
